Artisan Gluten Free Bakery : stand A553 (near ladies toilets!)

London’s finest GF bakery (formerly Romeos… different name same amazing bread) is here this year with new branding, their signature bread (the best on the market in my opinion), sausage rolls, pastries and even croissants! Bargain price of £3 per loaf! Get there quick for the pastries though…

 

 

Nomad Health : Stand A665 (near speakers corner)

IMG_20160708_143427Launching at the show, this brand new artisan past company is run by a coeliac. Making handmade pasta in Hungary from alternative grains, these are a must try!

 

 

 

La Polenteria : Stand (A660)

IMG_20160708_142454The London restaurant, certified by Coeliac UK and the home of amazing GF Italian food are there selling their fresh pasta and home made focaccia.

 

 

 

The Free From Fairy: Stand A727 (near artisan market)

The BEST gluten free snack bar made with proper ingredients and the best flavour combos. No puréed dates here! Tell him Kim sent you… He’s a legend!

The most beautiful packages bursting with true goodness, these breakfast cereals and granolas so are delicious. Unique flavour combinations abound, and for those who can’t tolerate oats (like me) they have an oat free granola. Show price is £5 – saving £1.50!

 

WOW Cake Company – stand A645

IMG_20160708_143210New baking mix company WOW sell lovely tins of cake mixes free from junk. Made by a coelaic, the owner is passionate about everyone eating that same great food.
